 Support and advise from a Business as well as IT
Solution Architecture in a global development and
roll-out project.

 Responsible for the IT part in Mergers, Acquisitions and
Divestments (MA&D) projects globally, participated

Participated in the pre-studies for the Grundig Group in the
search of a new ERP system for all subsidiaries. Four
different systems thoroughly evaluated.
CIO – including the whole selling subsidiary “Pregross”
and the bookstores “Exlibris”.
 Implementation of own UNIX operations for
General Ledger, Accts Receivables, Accts Payable
(IFS applications). As well as legacy business
specific applications related to sales and logistics.
 Migration from mainframe environment
 Selection and implementation of Point of Sale
system for the bookstores.

computers integrated in old cash registers, modem
and printers for all 800 sales units.

 System Development; Service Mgmt System, Online ordering system for Drop Shipment integrated

paperless reporting and budgeting/forecasting,
 Methods and tools; implementation of structured
programming, Data Modeling and System
Development methods.
 Active cooperation with Siemens Belgium and
Austria from where many applications were
brought to Sweden.
Mgr Forecasting and Operational Reporting/Analysis –
additional task was continued monitoring and support to
Siemens Elgrossist AB as well as participation in the sales
negotiations.
CFO (during build up phase), an earlier division within the
Swedish Siemens subsidiary that was created as a separate
legal entity in order to stand on its own.
Mgr Forecasting and Operational Reporting/Analysis Major tasks during the last year were the analysis for the
subsidiary “Siemens Elgrossist AB/whole-seller to
installation companies” but also similar activities for
“Siemens Hushållsapparater AB/White goods”. The work
was conducted together with people from Mc Kinsey in one
part and Boston Consulting Group in one other part.
