Job Description:
 Supervise, create schedule, check time of every
personnel and conduct meeting twice a month
 Sign their VL, AA, and SL
 Call Contractor and assist them

supplies)
 Receive SMR from tenants and make a JAR for it.

 Replacement of busted lights with ballast and starter at
car park, equipment rooms, AHUs and perimeter area,

 Insulation testing of motors, wires, transformers and
bus bars.
 Electrical inspection of newly-opened tenant
 Piping, wiring and rewiring of defective wires
 Warm-up generators and synchronized it
 Turn on and turn off circuit breakers for lightings at
scheduled time
 Check the circuit when the breakers tripped and reset it
if there’s no problem
 Conduct preventive maintenance for control panel of
pumps (transfer, booster, fire, jockey, sump and
sewage)
