red and green routes. The first turn around
point is at the intersection of Imelda Avenue
and Marcos Highway (landmark is Jollibee QPlaza). After the first turn around, runners will
turn right (second corner) and run 2 laps
around Sta. Lucia Grandmall. Runners will then
head back to Imelda Avenue, and run towards
Cainta Junction (second turn around point).

In consideration of your accepting my entry and allowing my participation in the Holy Trinity Parish RUN ‘TO FINISH’, I,
for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally relase
and forever discharge the Race Organizers (including but not limited to Holy Trinity Parish Cainta, Mini-Stop - Village East,
Mini-Stop - Karangalan Village Gate 5, and Powerplay), the Sponsors, Cainta, province of Rizal and their respective
officers, employees, representatives and agents, and al volunteer groups, organizations and individuals assisting this
event, from all liabilities, damages or costs on account of any claims, actions, charges, complaints or rights of any sort
which I may or will have against them arising out of, or on negligence, action or inaction on the part of any of the abovementioned parties. I fully recognize the difficulties of this event and declare that I am physically fit and able to compete in
this event safely, and have not been told otherwise by a medically qualified person. Furthermore, I ackowledge that it is
my obligation to secure for myself adequate life and accident occur from my participation in this event, and that the above
named parties are in no way responsible for my failure to obtain such insurance coverage, I hereby give permission for the
free use of my name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast, advertising promotion on account of this event.
All runners will start at Mini-Stop (Village East),
and will be running towards Marcos Highway.
I agree that I am not entitled to refund of my entry fee in the event of race cancellation due to rain, storm, inclement
weather or any unforeseeable condition or any force majeure or for any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Race
Organizers.
I finally declare that I have read this Official Entry form and the accompanying Rules and Regulations of the Holy Trinity
Parish RUN ‘TO FINISH’, the contents of which I fully understand, and the release and waiver hereby given are made
by me willingly, voluntarily and with full knowledge of my rights under the law.
