Reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications, the successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for Marketing Automation Processes, through campaign creation and execution, implementation of marcomms programmes and marketing operations. They will lead a team of 4 Marketers and measure promotional programmes and campaigns across the marketing communications mix, specifically email, for all Maritime and Law products and portfolios, globally. As such, we are ideally seeking experienced Marketing Managers or Senior Marketing Executives with a strong background in CRM and Email Marketing as well as some experience in managing a team. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Extensive experience of email campaign management & CRM, and utilizing all aspects of the promotional mix across all marketing media Experience of a Marketing automation platform and processes is essential. Prior experience of working in a B2B publishing marketing role will be a great advantage especially winning and keeping large multi-national corporate clients with complex buying structures. Experience of database manipulation and list management Experience of measuring ROI, capturing and applying learning on an ongoing basis Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible People management and coaching skills. Leadership experience, involving managing teams, successfully implementing change and motivating staff throughout a change programme Leadership skills – able to instil vision through personal drive, building enthusiasm and commitment in order to implement well executed campaigns that meet strategic goals Data-driven, with strong analytical skills Creative thinker with the tenacity and drive to seek new and improved routes to market Experience of maintaining budgets and assessing costs and benefits Results-driven – ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive the required business results Excellent influencing and negotiating skills – able to develop strategic working relationships across the business, and mediate, conciliate and negotiate in difficult circumstances, in order to achieve business objectives This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager who enjoys the fast-paced nature of Marketing.
