Examiners, taking into account all aspects of the assessment. Only evidence of an error (eg not a difference in
academic judgement) can support a request for remarking (see http://www.law.monash.edu.au/currentstudents/assessments/remarking-procedures-2010.pdf). Please note that there is no requirement or obligation that
feedback will be provided with the copy of the script, or that the mark obtained for each question or section, or the total

A signed application form is to be submitted via email to: law-unitmaterial@monash.edu
with ‘Exam script request’ in the subject line.
Please note: In order to process your request you will need to ensure that you have provided your correct Monash
student email address and have sufficient storage space available. You will then receive an emailed PDF copy of your
exam script by the end of February 2015.
(Students who are about to undertake a supplementary examination will be treated as a priority.)
