Student’s acknowledgement
Obtaining a copy of an exam script is for the sole purpose of personal view. The final mark for the unit
has been determined by the Board of Examiners, taking into account all aspects of the assessment.
Only evidence of an error (eg not a difference in academic judgement) can support a request for
remarking (see http://www.law.monash.edu.au/current-students/assessments/remarking-procedures2010.pdf). Please note that there is no requirement or obligation that feedback will be provided with the
copy of the script, or that the mark obtained for each question or section, or the total exam component
will be provided or shown on the script. See http://www.law.monash.edu.au/currentstudents/assessments/exam-feedback-after-results.pdf for how you may proceed with requests for
feedback.

A signed application form is to be submitted in person or scanned and sent via email to:
law-pgstudents@monash.edu - insert in the subject line: ‘Exam script request’. Please submit the
completed application form within 14 days of release of results.
You should allow approximately 10 business days from the submission date when you will receive a
return email with a scanned copy of your exam script. You will need to ensure that you have provided
your correct Monash email account and have sufficient storage space available to receive your
scanned copies, as these two requirements need to be met in order to process your request.
