SaaS solution has brought word-of-mouth marketing to the digital age. With it companies can encourage
their employees to participate in communications on social media, reach a larger group of people in a more
credible fashion, and measure the effectiveness and earned media value of their social media content
marketing. In effect, SmarpShare turns all employees into brand ambassadors.
Product: SmarpShare is an online service where the client company adds content for employees to share to
their external social media networks. Employees can also suggest content and receive recognition for
participation. Companies can measure the number of shares and volume of traffic generated while
identifying the most influential people in their organization. Organisations can also calculate social media
EMV (Earned Media Value) & ROI on a monthly basis by comparing the cost of SmarpShare to traditional
online and social media advertising CPC figures.
Market Opportunity: Employee advocacy has become a mega-trend with most enterprises looking to
activate their employees as their brand ambassadors. Currently, companies are spending 5.5 billion dollars
annually to social media marketing and 44 billion on content marketing which both are enhanced by
SmarpShare. Having been early movers in the market we have established ourselves as a market leader in
Europe. Employee Advocacy market is maturing quickly and we need to capture as much market share as
possible in the next 24 months.
Current Situation: Over 90 paying clients including Fortune 500 (e.g. Ernst & Young, EMC, Dell, MTV,
Nissan, Swarovski, UPM). Currently Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of 69k €. Winning new clients weekly.
Revenue Model: Client companies pay a monthly fee in advance for 12 months. Current package prices
range from €160 / month for 20 employees to €10000 / month for large enterprises.
