Overall objectives:
To oversee and manage the day-to-day
marketing strategy for the somewhereto_ project.
This role coordinates with internal teams, delivery
teams and YPs to support the overall
somewhereto_ mission and cultivate a strong
community.
Responsibilities









Strategy – oversee, update and implement the communication and marketing
strategy, coordinating with internal and external delivery teams, and external
stakeholders across somewhereto_ to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging
adoption of relevant marketing techniques into the somewhereto_ culture.
Planning – devise a marketing strategy to support the project KPIs including
endorsements, events and driving more requests for space. Using the most
effective channels to get a strong ROI.
Support – be the main point of contact for the wider team on marcomms queries /
requests
Digital - ensure we’re getting the best out of our digital tools and strategies
including Hubspot, SEO, Eventbrite & Website. Getting certified and ensure the
team is using them to inform decisions.
Budget - own and monitor budget, flagging overspends &/or underspends and
solutions to these occurances.
Creative Resource – booking and briefing creative, insight and production –
ensuring we’re getting the best out of them and on time.
Project Management – support the team to ensure projects stay on time and are
delivered efficiently and effectively, suggesting new ways of working and
ensuring cross collaboration.
Team Management - manage and support the marcomms team, ensuring a
superior quality of communication and project delivery (i.e. content calendars,
reporting, work experience, etc.)
Market Research - apply marketing research to learn and understand emerging
trends, market changes, developments and new technologies and implement
changes where relevant.

Analytics - leverage tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate impact of
programs in market; develop reports on program effectiveness in market and
makes recommendations for program enhancement and improvement.
Attribution – work with internal expertise to review KPIs/analytics and user
journey to ensure ROI and effectiveness from our marketing tactics.
Required Qualities

Have knowledge and experience of a wide range of marketing techniques and
concepts – 360 experience preferred
