The Congress of Vienna – Map Activity
Napoleon fought in the wars which bear his name – Napoleonic – for over 20 years. After being
defeated by the Nations of Great Britain, Prussia, Austria, and Russia in the Battle of Leipzig,
Napoleon was exiled and his empire was divided up among the four victors.
The Map of Europe after the Congress of Vienna – represents an attempt to redraw Europe and
undo many of Napoleon’s conquests. You have been asked to follow the steps listed below in
recreating a map of Europe after the Congress of Vienna
