The Role Overview of the group The Culture and Change Team operates under the Office of the CEO Group. The Office is responsible for audit and assurance, community engagement, governance and secretariat services, and organisational development. Overview of the team The Culture and Change Team’s focus is to drive organisational cultural change and to build leadership capability to support the implementation of Comcare’s 2015 Strategic Plan. The team is aimed to support the Comcare Executive and Senior Leaders to shape and guide a resilient, empathic, agile and responsive culture to support the organisation on it’s change journey to build a stronger Comcare. Overview of the role Comcare is seeking an organisational development specialist to support our internal leadership development initiatives and assist in the delivering of Comcare’s culture change program. You will be part of a small team and will work closely with other internal teams and external partners. You will have experience in facilitating leadership development initiatives and delivering culture change programs. You will have highly developed communications skills and people skills and have knowledge of contemporary approaches to leadership development and culture change. You will have also coordinated succession and talent management programs. This is a Full-time Non-ongoing position until the end of June 2012. Duty statement 1. Facilitate leadership development initiatives in alignment with the organisationwide leadership development framework. 2. Support business areas in implementing and delivering their culture change plans. 3. Co-design and co-delivery Comcare’s Talent Management Framework. 4. Coordinate Comcare’s external exchange programs. 5. Actively develop and maintain working relationships across the organisation and with employers and stakeholders. 6. Supervising, guiding and/or training staff. 7. Represent Comcare at internal and external meetings and forums. 8. Participate in corporate learning and development activities. 2 9.
