How to Burn a PowerPoint Presentation to CD On occasion I get some pictures related to a specific event that I want to package to make it easy to view them. For this I use PowerPoint. 1. In PowerPoint 2007, create a New Blank presentation 2. From Insert menu select Photo Album (Add, sort and adjust images) 3. Click Create when done (Also, you may want to apply a theme to the show to dress it up) 4. From the Office Button Select Publish and Package for CD How to Make a DVD to play on a DVD connected to a TV Set What if you have a bunch of digital pictures, from a holiday say, and you want to have people look at them through the DVD player connected to a TV. One way to create a playable slide show would be to use Windows Movie Maker and then use burning software like Nero to create a VCD or SuperVCD. For “home movies” this works well. A more professional method that I like is to use Camtasia Studio (www.techsmith.com). When you install Camtasia Studio it installs as an Add-in for PowerPoint. As such you can build your PowerPoint show, capture the show to a movie using Camtasia then use Nero to burn the movie to a disc. John Walkey john@bbnt.ca 403.ϳϵϱͲϵϳϱϮ
