Abstract
Legal cultural, perspective in international business contract generally is influenced by civil law
and common law systems. Legal cultural in civil law system is strongly influenced by legal
positive and the other hand, common law system is strongly influence by living law. That’s why
how to get certainty in law is the legal culture of orientation business contracts which are based
on civil law, and how to get legal justice is relevan to the legal culture of orientation of business
contracts which are based on common law.
