First Time Access for the Outlook Web Student Email
Please use the following instructions to access your student email through Outlook Web Student Email. This email address will be used for
important correspondence from the University so it is important that you can access it.
Go to http://my.saintleo.edu.
Once you get there, log in using your Portal username
and password.
If you do not know your Portal username or password,
then please follow these instructions:
http://www.saintleo.edu/portalaccess
Once logged in, click on the “Outlook Web Student
Email” link at the top of the page.
You may be prompted to log in. If so, enter your full
Saint Leo University email address in the “Windows Live
ID” field in this format:
firstname.lastname@email.saintleo.edu. If you have a
number (02, 03, etc), you will need to include that too.
Possible “Password” options are:
•
Lower case first initial, lower case last initial and the
last four numbers of your Social Security Number
•
Your Portal password
You may be prompted to “Provide Account Information”.
This password will be the same one you used on the previous
page.
You will need to choose and answer a “Secret Question”.
On the “Outlook Web App” page, please make the
appropriate choices and click “OK”.
