INTRODUCTION:
Our company was established in 1995 as limited partnership. Then, according to the expectations of
the investors and general contactors, the company was transformed to Limited Liability Company in
2002. The owner structure of the company remains unchanged since the formation.
In the beginning, we handled the engineering renovation of buildings and flats, especially in
municipal area. From 1998, with the expansion of our staff, we participate in installation of building
engineering in different investments. However, we kept our share in the engineering renovation of
larger apartment houses and block of flats.

ACTIVITY:
 Mechanical engineering of pipe network and equipments (water, gas, watercourse, central
heating and cooling and air engineering);
 Purchase of necessary materials and products, assembly, installations and adjustment of the
system;
 Installation of different industrial, technological pipeline networks, boilers, boiler rooms and
heating centrals;
 We accomplish complete mechanical engineering of projects as main contractor;
 We execute local installations as subcontractors.
Good work can only be fulfilled by qualified specialists working with excellent materials and
suitable tools in adequate work conditions. Therefore we support the training of our technicians, as
well as the improvement of our inventory. We pay particular attention to accomplish the work in
high quality.
We have developed excellent relations with contractor companies and with companies producing
and trading with different mechanical engineering materials.
