Introduction to your presentations. You have to find the case you are going to make your presentation about. Each group has maximum 23 minutes for the presentation. The presentation counts 20% of your finale grade. When you have found your case you have to: 1. Find which court has made the decision. 2. Name the judges who decided the case. 3. Mention the date of the decision. 4. Explain the facts in the case. 5. Explain the basis on which the judges took their decision. 6. If there were similar cases, what were the similarities? 7. What was “held”? 8. Explain if you have found other interesting parts in the case! The date for your presentation can NOT be changed! If you do not have the presentation ready for the date, you will not be allowed to make the exam. Enjoy your work! Groups: Topic: Day for presentation: Group 1.
