Time commitment: 1 hour per month (most is done by email) Create marketing materials that reflect accurate event information and is appealing to our internal audience. Time commitment: 2 hours per month, depending on project Develop graphics and other marketing materials to help promote our monthly events. Time commitment: 2 hours per month, depending on project Assist in building partnerships with other associations in the area such as SHRM, etc. Time commitment: 1 hour per month (via phone and email) Send monthly information to other professional associations on our events. Membership Staff membership table at beginning and end of monthly programs sessions to share information about the benefits of belonging to our chapter. Time Commitment: 30 minutes per program Follow up with guests after programs via phone or e-mail to share information about the benefits of belonging to our chapter. Time Commitment: 30 minutes per month Lead the coordination of bi-annual new member orientation events. Plan the agenda, activities and refreshments for the event. Time commitment: 8 hours per year Coordinate Chapter programming using the ASTD Competency Model from planning through to the final assessment. Time commitment: 2-4 hours per month Coordinate our annual Learning Summit featuring a cutting-edge, well-known Workplace Learning and Performance professional. Time commitment: 30 minutes per month (time commitment varies closer to actual event) Welcome and greet attendees at programs.
