Dear Khun Rene;
I just talk to Khun Jickapang by phone no. 082 585 9641 ( lawyer of Mr. G)
He recommends me to find out the information as follow:
1) When Mr. G become a share holder? Before or after he made loan agreements?
2) And if he was a shareholder and buy 24% shares why we have to make a loan contract for
investment?
3) He said Mr. G told him that the investment and loan are not the same issue.
4) Why there are 4 loan agreements that issue date of repay?
5) How he become a shareholder? By invest the money for the company or by work for the
company?
6) If he buys the 24%shares, how much he pay for buying share?
7) A lot of confusing thing that not clear with this case
8) Only you can remember the story of Mr.G
9) He remind me the first appointment to compromise at the court on Tuesday 9.00 a.m.
