General Information
Purpose and Intended Audience: To provide practicing radiologists the opportunity to attend
all Neuroradiology readout sessions, sectional and departmental teaching conferences, and
scheduled interdepartmental clinical conferences.
Overall Learner Objective: Upon completing the traineeship, participants should be able to
1. Protocol Neuroradiology CT and MR examinations
2. Interpret CT and MR Neurordiologic examinations
3. Interpret CTA, MRA, and perfusion examinations
4. Integrate imaging findings with a variety of neuroradiologic diseases in order to generate a
meaningful differential diagnosis

Parking
Parking is available in ramps 1, 3, or 4 adjacent to, or across the street from, University of Iowa
Hospitals and Clinics at $18 per day.
Registration Fees: The registration fee is $200.00 per day. This fee covers registration,
instruction and demonstration, educational materials, and awarding of continuing medical
education credit.
Continuing Education Credit
The University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine is accredited by the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.
The University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine designates this educational activity for a
maximum of 50.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.TM Physicians should only claim credit
commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
