CLASS DATES/TIMES:
TUITION: $115.00 - PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED (payment must be received in order to be enrolled in the
class). You may reschedule one time only and you will be charged a rescheduling fee of $10.00. To reschedule
you must contact our office 24-HOURS BEFORE CLASS STARTS. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FURTHER
NOTIFICATION UNLESS THE CLASS IS FULL.
THIS IS A NON-REFUNDABLE CLASS, NO REFUNDS!

IF YOU HAVE A COURT CASE NUMBER, PLEASE BRING IT TO THE CLASS.
To successfully complete the classes, you must attend the entirety of all sessions, contribute toward class discussion, be
completely sober while attending class, complete all class assignments and pass a completion test. Those who do not
successfully complete the class will be required to repay the fee and retake the class. If you require special assistance to
understand the material offered in the course, please let us know of your needs when you register for the class. This is an
English speaking class only. If you need an interpreter, you must obtain one at your own cost.

The following rules will be followed: No sunglasses allowed in the class (except if a medical release is provided by
a physician); no bags/backpacks will be allowed in the classroom ( does not include purses); and you must not be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs while attending the program. If anyone is found under the influence of
drugs or alcohol, the police will be called and the individual will be escorted from the premises. Anyone who
shows up late for this class will not be allowed to attend. Participants must attend the entirety of all
sessions. No exceptions. No refunds will be given!
ICCC is a smoke free campus. There is no smoking or tobacco use allowed on school property, this
includes inside your personal vehicle while on school property.
