생산 및 재고통제와 관련된 제문제를 위한 계량적 접근방법을 도입·분석하고, 이에
기초하여 시스템을 개선·통제하는 기법을 다룬다. 주요 내용으로는 생산시스템의
기본개념 및 유형의 의사결정방법, 수요예측, 생산일정계획, 최적생산량 및 재고관리
등을 다룬다.
