Inventory Control Coordinator
Summary:
Supports the Manufacturing department needs by implementing the requirements for good inventory control,
documentation of manufacturing processes, data entry, filing and maintenance of training records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Generally assists Supervisors in the functions of inventory control, documentation and training records.

Familiarity with MRP (preferably MAS 200).

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required (including Word, Excel and Outlook – email)

Provide word processing and other clerical support (e.g. faxing, copying, and filing) for manufacturing
departments.

Works with schedules and ensures compliance with subassembly requirements.

Works to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Interfaces with Document Control, Warehouse and Quality Control to track production orders and other potential
schedule interruptions or changes.

Ensure that all systems and staff are in compliance with training requirements for the proper function of the
manufacturing staff.

Ensure the appropriate retention of training records per applicable Standard Operating Procedures.

May provide procedures and controls for assuring accurate inventory levels.

Complies with Quality System requirements for the job.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Maintains department floor documentation of procedures and policies.

Maintains records of individuals to ensure current revision requirements are met.

Participates in other quality systems activities such as internal audits, inspection preparation and change control
implementation as required.

Works in a clean room production environment.
