I. General information about the company
1) The history of the company;
Open Joint Stock Company "Trade Center Nadezhda" (hereinafter - the Company)
was established by decree of Beloozersk executive committee N 420 from December
24, 2004 in the transformation of the municipal unitary trading enterprise
"Nadezhda". On December 28, 2012, JSC "Trade Center Nadezhda” was reorganized
through incorporating JSC "Beloozersktorg" according to decision of Bereza
Executive Committee № 870, August 7, 2012 and the joint decision of the
extraordinary shareholders’ general meeting on December 22, 2012.
Since July 01, 2014 in connection with accession of JSC Universam Society is
reorganized according to the solution of meeting of shareholders of 27.03.2014.
JSC"Trade Center Nadezhda" is a commercial organization, a legal entity with its
own balance.

Retail (including alcohol and tobacco) – 93,5%
3) Other activities carried out by the company:
- Wholesale 6%
- Renting own real estate 0,5%
4) Sales area of the store "Nadezhda" is 751 sq. m., total area is 1696 sq. m.
Sales area of shop № 1 is 114 sq. m., total area is 341 sq. m.
Sales area of shop № 2 is 291 sq. m., total area is 427 sq. m.
Sales area of shop №3 is 223 sq. m., total area is 505 sq. m.
Sales area of shop №4 is 94 sq. m., total area is 168 sq. m.
Sales area of shop Universam is 430 sq. m., total area is 1432 sq. m.
Sales area of shop Charovnitsa is 123 sq. m., total area is 201 sq. m.
Sales area of shop House of Trade is 1307 sq. m., total area is 3292 sq. m.
Sales area of shop Produkty is 60 sq. m., total area is 125 square meters.
5) License to carry out retail trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco is issued on the
basis of decree № 254 of March 11, 2015 of Bereza District Executive Committee
and is valid until March 30, 2025.

IV. Current Investment Projects
For year 2014, the investments in fixed assets amounted to 5 328 million rubles,
including:
purchasing computer equipment, purchasing cash registers and terminals, buying
shop equipment and refrigeration facilities- 1 611 million rubles,
- installation and construction works on capital repairs of shop No. 3 - 3 717 million
rubles.
Financing source is internal funds.
