DHCN Website: Janice provided two website addresses: http://dhcn.collectivex.com and http://dhcn.groupsite.com. Both links take you to DHCN’s home page. Collectivex recently merged with Groupsite, which has provided us with more space online. Janice manages the website, populates the calendar with DHCN meeting dates/agendas only at this time, adds exhibitor/registration forms and event flyers/posters, as well as brochures to the File Cabinet under the SHARE tab. She encouraged all members to visit the website and to *register online (*if no firewall restrictions exist). If members would like to post something, email it to Janice, preferably as an Adobe (.pdf) or Word document, to post on the web. Not everyone is registered online, or able to access the site however, so periodic emails continue to be sent to all members. Comments and suggestions on the website are welcome; email Janice.Taylor@state.de.us. 1 Shared Event Calendar Janice reminded everyone the DHCN shared Calendar of Events is posted online; it is organized chronologically, is sortable and printable, and should provide all the necessary details of who, what, when, where, why, and associated costs, with links to the event info/details. The registration forms for many of these events can also be found on DHCN’s website, in the File Cabinet under the SHARE tab. Event info is kept up to date, removing information shortly after it occurs, to keep it timely and to make room for new information/events. Everyone is encouraged to regularly share activities/events including community events, conferences, fundraisers, health fairs, trainings, workshops, etc. If you can NOT access the shared Calendar of Events on the DHCN website, please email Janice.Taylor@state.de.us to request a *copy of the calendar, as well as registration forms, at any time.
