Problem
Do a little case study and research on a local mini-mart (or drugstore, convenient shop).
Give a detailed description how the miniworld works:
 When the drugstore/shop orders new inventory (optional)
 The stockroom
 Types of inventory: perishable, non-perishable.
 Shelves / racks
 Sales process at the Point-of-Sale (cash register). Pay attention at the cash receipt form.
 The customers (if it maintains relations) (optional)
These detailed description will serve as your assumptions. Write also the background of the
research subject (the mini-mart).
