Canadian Veteran Freedom Riders Honour and Freedom CVFR Common Dress Aide Memoire The only acceptable vest is a black leather vest • The CVFR Patch goes on the centre back panel with nothing above or below it (items are permissible on the side panels) • The top left chest/shoulder area on the front of the vest is dedicated to the Canadian Flag, a Winged Wheel (for riders who have proven their proficiency) and either a “V” or an “S” tag as appropriate for Veterans or Supporters respectively. They must be worn in the order shown in the picture above • The top right chest/shoulder area on the front of the vest is dedicated to the member’s road name, their unit name, any appointments they may hold in the CVFR and, if applicable, a “Founders” tag.
