Executive Summary
This is a class 6A bullet proof vest that you want. It offers top protection to
stop all pistol rounds and most rifle rounds such as 5.56mm 5.54mm, 7.62x39,
7.62x54mm. It is available for the unbeatable price of $650.00..It is truly the best
bulletproof vest on the market. Today there was 1,187 incidents involving firearms
causing death or serious physical injury. Choosing a Bulletsafe™ vest is a life
saving decision. This product is fabricated in 1 size fits all. As experts in armor and
plating, we designed this vest to be light and as maneuverable as possible without
sacrificing protection. The main features are the full-velcro side closures allowing
for an adjustable comfortable fit. Many vests use layered fabric, alloy plating and
ceramic plates. Our vests are filled with a layer of treated kevlar with a special
liquid containing millions of glass and ceramic particles. This chemical compound
is highly reactive to direct impact, meaning if you were to bend over to pick
something up, it would not prevent that natural motion; however if you were to
have a 9mm bullet impact the vest, it would put back the same amount of pressure
as the bullet is giving thus rendering the vest truly bulletproof. This weighs a little
more than your average clothing while protecting you even more than the standard
bulletproof vests found in todays military and civilian markets. The standard kevlar
vest that a soldier wears is 20 pounds! Our goal is to give comfortability and
protect the soldiers that are overseas and to protect the one who come home. With

contracts and are willing to assist in mass production of this product. We are
looking for $400,000 to allow us to expand our locations in turn for 12% of the

Our business will provide a lightweight, flexible bulletproof vest that is also water
resistant. Our vest stops at the elbow for a wider range of protection as well as
enhances the fit. This product is filled with a gelatin liquid, like an ice pack, to
absorb the impact and concussion of the bullet. Many accessories such as fiber
material for sweat resistant and staying cool are just the icing on the cake. This
vest provides maximum strength as well as comfort ability for today’s wide range
of heroes. Our product provides protection towards the police, swat, and/or the
military in their everyday duties. Bullet safe ballistic vest is an enhanced bullet
proof vest on steroids; separating it from the rest and making it look like a Ralph
Lauren designer shirt with the stability of fighting a war. We plan on taking over
the small existing market by advertising slideshows as well as a video to the Nike
Company to see if they could promote and sponsor our product. This will allow
Nike to hold a whole new world of branding in the market and we will also give
them 10% of all the profit we produce. This will provide us with an opportunity to
gain popularity worldwide. Our customers will vary from 18 and up, allowing a
greater chance of sales and also makes sure that it doesn’t end up in the wrong
person’s hands. Our company believes that this product will sell in high range
versus a children’s produce, limited the age gap in sales. We also make flexible
skin tight Bullet Proof Ballistic Vest for women that can vary in color. In the world
of marketing there are only a few competitors selling bullet proof vests and none
compare to our design, fit, feel, or protection. Our product is a vest like under
armor sold at $650
in contrast to the double or triple amount for a normal vest that doesn’t offer all
the accessories we have to offer. This product is inexpensive due to the low
production cost, therefore the profit is greater. Our corporation doesn’t plan to take
part, but to take over the market industry!
Marketing, Advertising and Product Distribution:
Representatives will be advertising our products through popular magazines such
as BudK, Cheaper Than Dirt, and Sportsman’s Guide. You will also find this
product showcased in Army Navy stores, Cabelas and websites. Test Marketing
will take place, and we will see which field attracts the product most. Depending
on our demand will determine the amount we will supply, which currently is in
critical condition. We will show examples of the product working through videos
attached to the Army Navy websites along with commercials on the Military
Channel.
This product is fairly cheap to make compared to other products in our
market. Our product will be distributed throughout the country to companies that
endorse a long-term contract with us.
