Are there any contractual changes required?
Existing contracts that you hold with Bell Microproducts
Ltd will need to be amended to reflect the change in legal
entity from Bell Microproducts Ltd to Avnet Technology
Solutions Ltd. We would request that this change be
prioritised by customers to ensure a smooth transition.
If we have an existing account with the Avnet
company already, can we use this to trade from in the
future?
Yes. During the transition we have made every effort to
map your Bell Micro account to an existing Avnet one.
However, if you still have duplicate accounts that you are
trading with Avnet, then please let your Credit Control
contact know and we will try to consolidate these
accounts down.
