During recent years, there has been a notable shift in new highly innovative, operator centric and low cost, RF sweep and analysis tools entering a somewhat technology and methodology stifled technical security industry, bringing a fresh approach to the table for the first time in many years. The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software and a select range of third-‐party SDR search receiver hardware components have been leading the way with each new software release and receiver technology announcement, gaining significant momentum worldwide. Professional Development TSCM Group is very pleased to be able to provide a Kestrel TSCM Professional Software, technical operator familiarization workshop during the ERII conference. There have been significant new developments in deploying the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software not only in a traditional operator attended RF sweep role, but also with managed remote facility surveillance and monitoring and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) policy compliance and real-‐time spectrum integrity and verification. Our workshop will focus on the operational setup and deployment of the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software – Signal Intelligence Support System (SISS) components and provide a live demonstration of key software features and managed remote surveillance and monitoring, utilizing low cost industry disruptive SDR receiver technology, from a technical operator’s perspective.
