Aaron Williams – Managing Director Aaron Williams has over eleven years of experience in military operations, diplomatic security, and government consulting. Throughout his career, he has advised government executives on national security policy, protected diplomats in high-­‐threat areas, trained military officers in adversary tactics, and led a U.S. Marine scout-­‐sniper team during counter-­‐surveillance operations throughout the Middle East. Prior to founding Avisius, Aaron worked in various intelligence and security capacities for a Middle Eastern public sector client, International Development Solutions, the U.S. Department of the Army, BAE Systems, Blackwater Security Consulting, Global Risk Strategies, and the U.S. Marine Corps. His skills include technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM), high-­‐threat close protection, intelligence analysis, and surveillance and counter-­‐surveillance. Aaron Williams is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and an associate member of Espionage Research Institute International. He holds an MA in Regional Studies – Middle East from Harvard University and has lived and worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Throughout his career, Thoma has performed countless TSCM sweeps and has consulted for clients on various aspects of technical security, including TSCM, CCTV installation, alarm systems, and facility construction and design. Thoma Papa holds a Diplome D’Etudes Professional (DEP) in Telecommunications and certificates in network security. Thoma Papa is a member of Espionage Research Institute International and holds the Technical Security Specialist (TSS) designation. He speaks English, French, and Greek. Roger England – Senior Security Advisor Roger England is a veteran British special forces officer with four decades of international experience in special operations, close protection, security advising, and industrial security. Throughout his career, Roger has led special operations forces during counter-­‐insurgency operations in Africa, managed government logistics programs in high-­‐threat areas, advised companies on offshore and critical infrastructure security, and provided close protection for news crews operating in war-­‐torn countries. Before joining Avisius, Roger worked in security advisory roles for numerous security, logistics, and extractives companies in Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Benin, Brazil, China, Georgia India, Iraq, Lebanon, the Netherlands, Nigeria, the North Sea, Oman, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Sudan, and Togo. His skills include security program management, industrial safety and security advising, close protection, and remote medicine. Roger holds multiple certifications in industrial and maritime security, close protection, and emergency medicine. He speaks English and basic French and Russian. Will Caput – Cyber Security Advisor Will Caput is a former U.S. Marine Corps System Administrator with 20 years of network administration and cyber security experience. Throughout his career, Will has helped numerous organizations identify and solve critical cyber security challenges by designing information management security strategies, improving code quality, advising senior managers on impact vulnerabilities, performing incident response, and penetration testing VoIP, VMware, intranet, and mobile and web applications.
