Easy Report Management
Financial Controller allows you to monitor your business
performance on screen and see at a glance whether your Attaché
system is reconciling correctly. It also acts as a “personal
assistant”, automatically notifying you about key issues and
problem areas.
Maintain an on-screen list of reports that you print on a regular
basis. Choose to view any of the standard reports or create your
own using ClearView Reports Designer. Preview or archive
selected reports from a single screen, or preview any archived
reports at the click of a button.
Quick and easy reconciliation
Powerful search features
Financial Controller compares general ledger balances against
sub-ledgers (customers, suppliers, etc.) and displays the results
on a single screen, without the need to post into the general
ledger. This means faster reconciliation, earlier problem
detection, less disruption to staff and fewer reports to print.
Quickly find a general ledger transaction using date, reference,
amount, account code, period or transaction details. Use multiple
search criteria and then drill down to the source document (for
example, a customer or supplier invoice). This could save you
hours when tracking down discrepancies in your general ledger.
Visual health checks
Instantly see month-by-month income, expenses and net
profit. View your top expenses compared to last year’s figures,
so you can identify potential problem areas before they get out
of control.
Alerts and Notifications
Set up alert rules to notify you when suspense or clearing
accounts have a non-zero balance, a bank account goes below a
certain value or if sales targets are not met.
