[GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION OF SCIENTIFIC POSTERS]
Size of poster A1 (59x84 cm)
Posters are required in English.
Divide the poster into sections (e.g. title, message, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions).
Make it clear in which order they should be read by numbering or lettering (1, 2, 3…A, B, C…).
Clarity is the key word. Posters with too much information, details, colour and design have weak
messages.
[INSTRUKCION FOR SPEAKERS]
Presentation (Powerpoint) has to be in English. The oral presentation doesn’t have to be in English.
There will be a PC (with Powepoint 2003) and data projector at your disposal.
10 minute for report and 5 minutes for discussion are reserved.
