Entry fee: 1 500,- CZK – senior and junior teams (2000,- CZK after deadline)
900,- CZK / other teams (1400,- CZK after deadline) will be paid during registartion of teams

Technical degree must comply with the highest declared in the membership card during registration.
Technical degrees could not be bestow.
III. Disciplines & Categories: Patterns and sparring, according to ITF/EITF rules.
Round robin type of competition, divided into groups.
Each school may nominate an unlimited number of teams for tul and sparring.

Junior male and Senior male teams are standard 5 + 1 members

Kids, Junior female & Senior female teams are 3 + 1 members
For this year we decided that we would try to do a competition in two groups A + B. This is due to the large difference in technical degrees and some athletes with lower degree would love to attend, but they are afraid to fight against black belt.
Group B – 6 th - 3 rd (included) kup
Group A – 2 nd kup and over (here you can add team members with lower grades, from 4 th kup)
Note: In the case of a low number of members in each team, the school could complete junior team with kinds and senior team with juniors (adequately women).

Mandatory patern is up to the member with lowest technical level (showed during last exams). Choosen patern can be set up to the highest test pattern for the team member with the lowest technical level.
Sparing
Eliminations, Finals: 1 x 2 minutes
The team that earns 6 points (4 points for 3 + 1 teams) is the winner of the match.
IV. Number of refrees: Each school shall ensure that throughout the day at least 3 qualified refrees. Refrees must be dressed according to the rules of ITF / EITF. All refrees are required to attend the registration along with competitors from their school. Accommodation and meal for refrees is paid by organizer.

General guidelines: Each competitor must submit registration card or other proof of their technical degree
(license, DAN card, etc.). Necessary condition for the start is a valid medical examination not older than one year of the date of the competition. All competitors must have adequate rules dobok ITF (original or new design). For the sparring are required gloves (open palm and fingers protected), boots, jockstrap (men only), mouthguards and for the kids helmet is recommended. Medical service will be in place. Competition will take place according to ITF rules and these propositions.

Trophies : Teams on 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd places will receive medals & trophies. Best schools will be awarded too.
VII. Objection: Objection against the verdict of the refrees during the competition may submit only coach in writing form, in accordance with ITF rules of procedure (within five minutes after the match), fee is 1000, - CZK.

IX. Hall description: Within the Faculty of Sports Studies at Masaryk University is one hall for ball games and an auditorium for 388 spectators, two universal gyms, combat sports gym and fitness center. The entire complex was

completed two years ago, so here is all modern, and there's a very pleasant atmosphere for a Brno Open competition.
X . Place of Competition : Czech Republic is located in Central Europe. The capital city is Prague which is well known for its history. Brno is the second largest city. Located in South Moravia, which is known for good wine. In
Brno there are many sights that are worth seeing. The most famous is Spilberk Castle, which dominates the city.
From castle there is a wonderful view of the whole city. This university town is also full of historical buildings, located in the city center. Not only in the city center, but also in other parts of city, you will find many quaint pubs and cafes.
If you want to relax you can find several swimming pools and aqua park.
Brno Airport:
For visitors of southern Moravia is the international airport in BrnoTuřanech available, which provides scheduled flights to Prague, London and Moscow.
Othe Airports:
Prague, Bratislava, Vienna. From these airports direct bus service to Brno is provided.
