Junior Client Services Manager

looking to employ an ambitious professional for the position of Junior Client Services
Manager at its Sofia Office.
General Description of the Position:
FinAnalytica supports a growing client base of financial institutions primarily in the
USA and Western Europe. The company licenses its Cognity portfolio construction
and risk management software and offers an array of financial analytic services. The
Junior Client Services Manager position requires analytical thinking and creative
approach in handling client related assignments. The successful candidate will be
expected to demonstrate strong motivation towards achieving individual and team
objectives as well as excel in building product and client value added.
Responsibilities:









Performs client-specific investment portfolio trials using the Cognity system
Runs portfolio construction and risk analyses across different asset classes.
Employee ability to interpret and explain the results to prospects and clients
is expected to evolve over time.
Occasionally, handling large datasets of client data as a preparation for the
trials will be required.
Executes quality checks of client-specific investment decision workflows
Performs client-specific system customizations related to the Cognity user
interface options
Aids client service managers in the client pre- and post-sales support process
Assists the QA team in the quality assurance process of the software financial
aspects
Interacts with all company teams – Client Services, Quality Assurance,
Software Engineers, Mathematicians
Reports to the company Head of Client Services
Required Qualifications:



Bachelor, preferably Master Degree in economics, finance, management or
related area with quantitative focus
Education degree obtained abroad or CFA Designation is considered an
advantage
Strong interests in the area of risk management, portfolio construction and
financial instruments

Technical skills to operate with large datasets as well as understanding of
basic scrip-language concepts (SQL)
Analytical skills and thinking
Familiarity with rigorous mathematical concepts is a plus
Proven ability to learn fast and communicate effectively
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent command of MS Office – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
