Dear Parents of KS1 Children
KNIGHTS AND PRINCESSES DAY – 13 FEBRUARY
As part of our topic we are organising a Knights and Princesses Day on Thursday 13
February. We will be having a Costume Parade, Tudor Dancing, a Quest and a
Banquet with entertainment.
We would value your help by providing a knight or princess costume for your child to
wear that day (come to school in it). The children will be playing outside as normal so
please ensure that your child has outdoor shoes and a warm coat, gloves, hat etc.
For the banquet and if you are able to, we would like a small amount of a packaged
snack (so that we can check ingredients) such as crisps, biscuits and fairy cakes.
School will provide drinks.
The children are really looking forward to bringing their learning to life on this day and
we thank you for your continued support.
