The person in the middle says what he/she is good at. Then others tell their partner what they think they are good at. Select the next person to pick a card. What is your favourite sport? Favourite TV show? Do you have a pet? Do you like learning new things? Etc. MAIN TEACHING AND LEARNING Activity 1 Sort the children into small groups with a mission to plan the perfect learning environment for them. Create a classroom for 2020 and ask… What would it be like? How would they make it a fabulous place to learn? £££ What might it cost? Who would pay for it? Share design with another group. Activity 2 - Whole Class What about now? What helps us learn? Talk with group and pop ideas onto post-it notes and stick on class whiteboard. Run through ideas grouping them accordingly.
