Rabbit Fever Causes Death of Oral Coyle
Two years ago Oral Coyle of Warsaw, prominent real estate dealer, cleaned a freshly
killed rabbit with his bare hands. He was infected with the dread disease, tularema, or
“rabbit fever.” He was very ill for months and spent part of the time at Mayos. He later
became well enough to get about his business, to more or less extent, but two weeks ago
became very ill again and he died late last Monday afternoon. He was only 53 years of
age. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon in the Methodist church, Warsaw. He
leaves the wife, two sons and one daughter. The daughter became a mother last Saturday.
