Motion 2nd Motion passed. The Nominations Committee has selected an additional 4 people to assist with counting the votes. This will speed up the process. Scheduled break was taken for Elections. Meeting called back to order at 2:25pm. Balloting will still remain open. Presidents Report: We received a letter from General Manager, Doug Soetaert thanking the Booster Club for the Video Projection Screen. It has been confirmed that cameras will not be allowed during the playoffs. Vice President Report: No Report 2:30 P.M. - Balloting is now closed. Counting will begin at 3:00 P.M. Treasurer Report: $7376.50 Cash in Bank which includes the Tri Cities Bus Trip $514 has been raised so far for the calendars Secretary Report: No report Scrapbook Committee: Players received their books, the party was a success. The Board is working on next year's program depending on the camera policy. Secret Pal Committee: Reveal Party was a success. 2 pals did not show. The extra food leftover was taken to the office and players the next day. Membership Committee: 363 Family Memberships to date. Road Trip Committee: Tri Cities, March 19th - 27 spots on the bus have been sold. 9 tickets sold 1 remains. FIERCE Predator Award: Today is the last day that we will be accepting your votes. There will be voting slips at the Booster Club table at tonight's game. Events Committee: The Events/Hospitality Committee hosted the Parents on February 19th. This was a private event and only 2 members of the Committee were in attendance. Parents were given a gift bag that included a signed player silhouette, cookbook, and a map of Everett donated by the Chamber of Commerce and a rose for the mothers donated by QFC. The Hotel provided the cake, cookies, coffee and punch. Thank you letters were received from the Hamill, Potuer and Leavitt families. Silhouette Auction: The player Silhouette auction will run through March 16th. All Silhouettes must be picked up and paid for by March 18th. Bidding starts at $20. In the case of a tie, the 2 (or more) tying bidders will be contacted to resubmit their highest bid on March 18th. These silhouettes were donated by a Booster Club member. RE: Parents Weekend - It was suggested that next year parent's weekend be announced to the membership so that people can contribute or donate. Also have it be a function where there are no representatives of the Booster Club in attendance. Have the office distribute the gifts. Website: We are looking for a Volunteer to help with the website. Interested parties should submit their name and a brief paragraph about their knowledge and experience to boosters@silvertipsboosterclub.com Portland Social: We will be hosting a social with the Portland Winterhawks before today's game in the Everett Events Center Conference Room at 6pm. Popcorn and water will be donated. The Events Center does not allow us to bring outside food or drinks in.
