— Blattner Brunner. Consulted on a PowerPoint presentation for an educational institution involving cross–
platform font issues, animations and video clips.
— UPMC. Put together a large presentation intended for
transfer to video for presentation to executive managers.
This involved setting up animations, plus creating charts
and retouching photos for inclusion. Designed and created photomontages for poster, flyer and manual cover.
Layout of manuals, brochures, ads.
— Gibson Capital Management / Center for Fiduciary
Studies. Designed presentation for international conference. Helped develop a color scheme and design a look.
Later updated content and color scheme of slides. Created slides both for on–screen presentation and for output
to overhead slides.
— Shandon. Worked as part of a team creating a Web–
based catalog.
— Source W. Web, print and presentation projects.
Web page layout, including HTML coding and graphics.
Assisted on a team project to convert HTML pages to
ASP. Worked on Web sites of major corporate clients.
Converted large Mac–based presentation to PC format,
and converted imported bitmapped images to vector
images created directly in PowerPoint.

— RedZone Robotics. Proposal layout. Created and
scanned graphics, set up styles, and redesigned forms.
1996. A.C. Coy Company. Technical writing. Wrote user
manual for UNIX–based software designed to track sales,
invoicing, customer and vendor information. Tested developer notes and worked directly with developers to ensure
accuracy. Designed layout in Word; performed screen captures using Procomm Plus; and created style guide. Assigned
to NVR Ryan.

— Equitable Resources. Designed and updated flyers,
brochures, forms and business cards using PageMaker,
PowerPoint and Word.
— R.J. Gallagher & Associates. Wrote profiles and
created layout for basketball tournament program in
PageMaker.
— WESCO. Proposal presentations using PowerPoint.
— Rodger’s Agency. Designed forms for use with agency’s on–line system using Word and PowerPoint.
Instructed staff in functions such as styles and wrote
instructions for these.

IT Coordinator. Designed presentations, manuals, forms.
Main design resource for department. Created presentations
and maintained presentation library. Edited help desk newsletter; created layout and coordinated production. Communicated software techniques to non–technical users. Wrote user
manual for in–house issue tracking system; added HTML
coding for on–line viewing. Projects using PageMaker, Freelance Graphics, Micrografx Designer, ABC Flowcharter,
WordPerfect, Lotus 1–2–3.
