Cathedral fundraising concert postponed
A fundraising concert due to be held on Saturday 27th September,
hosted by Sir Tim Rice, raising funds for the Truro Cathedral
Music Appeal, has had to be unavoidably postponed.
The postponement has been caused by a sudden commitment that Sir Tim
Rice felt obliged to honour.
The new date for the concert, which is hoped to feature celebrities from
show business and the musical theatre world, has been reset for Friday 7th
November 2008 at 7.30pm.
If people would like to be kept informed about the plans for this concert
they should contact the Cathedral Office on 01872 276782 and ask to be
put on the Sir Tim Rice information list.
