HUSBAND- WIFE ARRESTED FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING
With the arrest of Abdul Salam Khan and his wife Fatima
Sarvar Khan r/o Kamara Bangash, Darya Ganj, Delhi, Anti Forgry
Section of Economic Offences Wing has busted a group of human
traffickers involved targeting innocent unemployed youths from
different states of North India like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi,
on the pretext of providing them employment abroad with lucrative
salary.
A complaint was filed by Sh. Shahazad Akhtar Khan, that he
had introduced the three victims namely Shahnawaz Ahmad, Naeem
Ahmad and Munawar all R/o Nazibabad, U.P. to the accused persons
in Delhi in the April 2009. The complainant had learnt that the
accused persons are recruiting people for jobs in Singapore,
therefore he recommended the three victims living near his town.
The complainant provided the addrees of the accused persons to the
victims, who then on their own met the accused persons. The
accused persons promised the three victims a skilled job with
lucrative salary and made them part with Rs. 1.5 lakh each. The
three victims made a payment totaling Rs. 4.5 Lakh to the accused
persons in cash in the month of May and June 2009. The accused
persons in order to convince the innocent victims provided them with
a copy of forged E-Visa of Singapore. The victims made several
visits to the accused person’s residence for making arrangements of
their employment, but they were turned back on one pretext or the
other and were assured of a job in Singapore on each visit. After
several months had passed the accused persons expressed their
inability to send them abroad. Thereafter the victims demanded their
money back, to which the accused persons kept dilly dallying and
have not returned their money till date.
During the course of investigation into the case, it has been
revealed that the accused persons were not the authorized recruiting
agents from Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of Overseas
Indian Affairs, Government of India. The verification about the EVisas provided by the accused persons to victims was made from
High Commission of Singapore and the same were reported to be
forged. Two accused persons namely Paramjeet Singh @ Atul
Mehta and Sajan Sharma@Vikas Walia have already been arrested
in the case.
Further investigation into the case is in progress.

DESPERATE ROBBER ARRESTED
Officers of Special Cell have arrested a notorious criminal namely
Kamrul Hasan r/o Mauj Pur Delhi, who was absconding in a house
robbery case in Amroha U.P. vide case FIR No 1992/10 Dated 23.07.2010
u/s 392/411/34 IPC PS Kotwali Amroha U.P. He is a member of notorious
and desperate interstate gang of dacoits led by one Gulfam. Kamrul
Hasan and his gang members are previously involved in many criminal
cases including robbery, murder and Arms Act etc in Delhi and UP. On a
tip off on 22.12.2010 a member of above Gulfam gang would come to
Wazirabad Red Light at about 6.00 PM to meet his contact, a raiding
team led by Inspector Attar Singh organized a trap near Wazirabad Red
Light, Outer Ring Road where Kamrul Hasan was apprehended at 6.15 PM.
On sustained interrogation he disclosed that he alongwith his other
associates namely Gulfam @ Gufram s/o Gulzar Ahmed r/o Chohan Bangar
Seelampur Delhi, Sattar and Kasim Bhoora both resident of Usman Pur
Delhi and Prabhat r/o Vijay Park Bhajan Pura Delhi had committed an
armed robbery in Amroha at gun point. He also told that the said
information was provided by Gulfam, who had stated that owner of house
had kept huge cash (about two Crores) in his house. But owner of house
removed the cash before accused person struck. They still robbed Rs.
90,000 in cash, gold and silver ornaments to the tune of Rupees 3
lakhs. Later Amroha Police succeeded to arrest Gulfam, Sattar and
Kasim Bhoora, but Kamrul absconded and U.P. police was making all
efforts to arrest him.
Kamrul Hasan is also previously involved in a murder case pertaining
to PS Seelampur vide Case FIR No 417/08 Dated 14/10/2008 u/s 302 IPC
PS Seelampur. In this case he had shot dead one Anil Kumar, when he
objected to illicit relations of Kamrul Hasan with his sister in law
Gunjan. In above case Gunjan was also arrested for conspiring with
Kamrul Hasan. Further, on 26/06/2010 Kamrul Hasan alongwith Kasim
Bhoora were arrested in a case of possession of illegal arms in which
three country made pistols and six live cartridges were recovered from
both of them vide FIR No 154/10 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Jaffrabad.
UP Police have been informed about the arrest of Kamrul Hasan and
further investigation is going on.

Innocent bystander killed.
 Sensational daylight murder of a property dealer of Ghaziabad
worked out.
 Accused committed the murder of a property dealer at Tehsil
Complex
Ghaziabad.
One sophisticated pistol and 3 live cartridges recovered.
Cash reward of Rs.5000/- had been declared by UP police on his
arrest.
A team of officers of the Crime Branch led by SI P.C. Yadav and
consisting of SI Sukhbir Malik, SI Rajender Singh, SI Narender Singh,
ASI Ravinder Singh, HC Rajender Singh, HC Mahak Singh, HC Ombir
Tyagi,
HC Narender, Ct. Devender, Ct. Naresh, Ct. Rohtash and Ct. Vikal
Singh
under the supervision of ACP Udaivir Singh Rathi, have apprehended
Promod Giri responsible for committing murder of a property dealer at
Tehsil Ghaziabad Complex. One sophisticated pistol and 3 live
cartridges have been recovered. Cash reward of Rs.5000/- had been
declared by UP Police for his arrest.
On 14/12/2010 there was a scuffle at Tehsil Ghaziabad Complex
between
two groups, one consisting of Virender Giri @ Lalu R/o Surya Enclave
Ghaziabad, Sunil R/o Ghaziabad, UP and Promod Giri R/o Noida, UP
and
the other of Brijpal Tewatia @ Bablu R/o Govindpuram, Ghaziabad, UP
over payment of money for a piece of land that was to be registered in
the name of Brijpal Tewatia by Virender Giri and others. In the
scuffle, gun shots were fired and an innocent bystander Amit
Choudhary
a property dealer present in the Ghaziabad Tehsil Complex received
gunshot injuries and died.
On 20/12/2010 Ct. Vikal Singh received information that Pramod Giri
wanted by Ghaziabad Police, UP in the sensational case of murder of
Amit Choudhary would come to meet his associates at Mayur Vihar
Metro
Station. On this information a trap was laid and Pramod Giri (aged 35
years) S/o Dharambeer Giri R/o Noida, UP was apprehended. One
sophisticated pistol alongwith 3 live cartridges was recovered from
his possession. A case under appropriate sections of the law was
registered.
Ghaziabad police has been informed about the arrest of Pramod Giri.
