Our prayers, but especially Holy Mass, assist those who have passed on to attain heaven. Also since its earliest days, the Church has offered Mass for the intentions of the living, especially the sick. We are now accepting Mass requests for the calendar year 2016. Many of you ask for Masses to be said regularly for deceased loved ones, and some ask that these Masses be offered on specific dates. We do our best to accommodate your requests but ask your patience and understanding in this regard. Since scheduling begins in mid-October, it is important that requests be received by October 1, 2015. If you would like to be informed of the dates and times of your scheduled requests please include a self-addressed stamped envelope, a phone number or email address so that we can contact you. There are some openings between now and the end of year if you are wanting to schedule Mass Intentions for your loved ones. The recommended stipend per mass is $10.00. To check availability, call the rectory office at 302-654-5519 or email stannschurch1@verizon.net. Thank you and God bless you.
