Dear High School Seniors,
The Knights of Columbus (Council 10245) of St. Ann Parish in conjunction with the Gary
Shafferman Memorial Scholarship Fund Club are pleased to announce the sponsorship of three
college scholarships to graduating seniors of the 2015-16 academic school year.
The basic requirements for the scholarships are:




Must be an active member of the St. Ann Catholic Community since the beginning of
the academic year.
Plan to attend a four-year or two year institution of higher learning.
Complete the scholarship application.
Include a completed recommendation form from at least one teacher.
The three scholarships will be in the amount of $1000 each. Recipients will be chosen based on
three criteria:
Financial Need
Parish community involvement
Scholastic Performance
All applications must be postmarked by March 15, 2016 and mailed to:
