Availability
This section is important. A certain amount of availability will be essential to becoming part of this
project. However we do understand that people have other things going on in their lives and can’t
make themselves available all the time. Please fill in as honestly and accurately as possible. If you
feel you are saying ‘unavailable’ a lot don’t worry – fill in and let us worry about how to make it work.
Rehearsals
We are planning to rehearse on Monday and Tuesday evenings. What is your availability like on Monday and
Tuesday evenings between April and July? Note: It is unlikely that anybody will be required for both a
Monday and a Tuesday evening in the same week'
We will use two Saturdays each month for rehearsals. What is your availability on Saturdays between April
and July?
Production week
We will be having our technical and Dress rehearsals on Wednesday 29th, Thursday 30th of June and Friday
1st July. Ideally all involved would be able to commit to all three full days from 10am – 10pm. What is your
availability?

Performance
The performances happen during between the 1 st – 16th July. What is your availability during this time?
Note: The performances will be covered by two teams of Community Actors and Crew, so the
expectation is that each individual will be taking part in half the total number of performances. The
Majority of performances will take place during evenings.
