JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CORRESPONDING SECRETARY It is the job of the Corresponding Secretary of Community Theatre to take care of all correspondence including, but not exclusive to: Letters of appreciation to Board Members who have resigned Letters of welcome to New Board Members Letters of thanks to any and all who contribute items or services throughout the year. For example, bottled water donated for the concession stand or thanks to the members of the Rose-Hulman Database Team for designing our Database. Also: Send get-well cards or cards of sympathy to persons connected to the theatre who are ill or who have lost loved ones. Send lowers will be sent to those connected to the theatre who have lost a spouse, child, or significant other. Act as Historian for the theatre by keeping articles, notices, publications, play bills, pictures, and other such items that tell of the activities of the theatre throughout the year. These items should be compiled in a scrapbook. Maintain the photo file in the Business Office that contains the pictures of each production. If pictures are missing, the director of the show must be contacted to secure the photos.
