Entry Fee:
$95 per gymnast, payable to World Class Gymnastics. At State
Gymnasts must earn a 34.00 AA or 9.0 for IES to qualify for
Regionals. Entry form is this packet or can be done by State Chairperson.
Age Groups:
USA Gymnastics will designate the date ranges for the 16 age groups.
Coaches:
Coaches must present current USAG credentials at check in. There
will be a Coaches Meeting at the beginning of each session. Coaches must
enter Eastern qualifiers at the conclusion of each session. Coaches
hospitality will be provided.

Graduating Seniors: Senior forms due no later than Monday, March 24. We are planning to make

Important information about qualifying to
Eastern Championships
The top six All Around athletes in each age group qualify to Eastern Championships. The next two
athletes are alternates.
2014 Level 9 Eastern Championships is April 30-May 4 in Bradenton, Florida.

At the conclusion of the session, qualified gymnasts and coaches must:
Qualifiers and alternates: go to the Sizing area to be measured for leotards and warm ups.
Coaches: MUST enter their qualified gymnasts through MeetMaker . A link to MeetMaker to set up
profiles will be available early March and will be posted on www.region7gymnastics.com and
www.worldclassgym.com. At the conclusion of the session at Regionals, the coach must go to the
MeetMaker table to enter the qualified gymnasts into Easterns.
Coaches: go to the Sizing area to pick up coaches attire for Easterns.

The host hotels and Boo Williams Sportplex are located in Coliseum Central and near Peninsula Town Center, a
premier new-style shopping center with shops, restaurants, and a movie theater.

Williamsburg and surrounding areas have tons of shopping and quality outlet malls. People travel from far and
wide to shop in Williamsburg. www.visitwilliamsburg.com Williamsburg is an easy 20 to 30 minute drive. Go
West on I64 and follow the signs.
Norfolk, about a 35 minute drive going on I64 East, one of the biggest malls in the area. MacArthur Center is a

Activities:
Yorktown and Jamestown are both historic and fun. Yorktown is about 15 minutes and Jamestown is about 35
