National Qualifier: May 2-3 will be all age Divisions

Entry Fee: $295 for all groups. National Entries are based on the total number of
teams entered in each age group. A $25 charge will be added to the total fee for
ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES.
Daily Admission will be taken at the door.
Entry Deadline:
Team fees must be received no later than April 15, 2015 for all age groups.

Age Determination: A player is eligible to participate in a given age division if born ON or After the dates
listed below. MUST present a birth certification, PLUS a report card showing her

Rules of Play:
WIAA rules will be used except where by the WI-AAU. Pool Play will be used. Each
team is guaranteed 3 scheduled games. Tournament Rules will be posted with
schedule.
EACH TEAM WILL SUPPLY A SCOREKEEPER FOR EACH GAME!
