September 18, 2015 Dear WARM Friends and Partners, We are privileged to help families in our community who might not have a full Thanksgiving meal. We will be providing a special set of groceries for the holiday on Saturday, November 21st. With the help of many of you, last year we were able to assist 300 families, and this year, we are again preparing for more than 300 families. If you would like to help, there are several ways that you or your group or organization can be involved in this blessing. Prayerfully consider if you would like to help in any of the following ways: 1. Provide sets of groceries. A set is 2 bags as outlined on the next page. (The cost for one set is less than $40.00) 2. Donate frozen turkeys. 3. Donate frozen pumpkin pies. 4. Donate funds designated for any of the above items and we will do the shopping. Please contact us by October 16th with any questions or to let us know of your interest and level of participation. You can speak to Merri or Patti K at 899-0196 or e-mail to Pattik@warmwesterville.org. We can also schedule a time for your delivery when we hear from you. All groceries, turkeys, and pies need to be at WARM by Monday, November 16th, but we can receive them prior to that date as well. Enclosed you will find a list of the groceries and instructions for packing. If you would like a copy for e-mail distribution, contact Patti Keene: Pattik@warmwesterville.org Working together, we can bless many families during this holiday season. Preparing for Thanksgiving reminds us how thankful we are for all of our partners and friends! We could not help others without your help.
