(It must be tight, if it is loose it won’t be picked up) If bagging this material, please be sure to tie bag loosely or use a clear bag so it can be identified as paper when being picked up. Portland Landfill Site – 4427H Old Kingston Rd, Portland. Hours: Wednesday & Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Residents using the Portland Site directly will pay by weight for disposal ($0.09/lb; $10 minimum). Scrap steel is free.
