Wells’ product leadership, along with the additional product moving out of engineering development into production, has created an opening for a degreed Manufacturing Process Technician at our electronics assembly plant in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Job This position is in a state-of-the-art electronics assembly facility. Our technicians are responsible for an assigned product manufacturing cell. They are involved in equipment programming adjustments, equipment troubleshooting and repair, as well as assisting production operators and Engineering in resolving production problems and assisting Engineering in process improvements. These manufacturing cells give our staff the opportunity to work with high-speed placement equipment, robotics and vision systems etc. If you like working with automated manufacturing equipment and processes, check out this opportunity! Qualifications You must have an associate degree in electronics, electromechanical technology or automated manufacturing systems, strong communication skills, be able to multi-task and have proven problem-solving skills. We are looking for candidates that have prior experience in an electronics assembly plant where you diagnosed equipment failures, repaired mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems, and had some experience programming controllers.
