GGS Indraprastha University,New Delhi we at JIMS, also conduct programmes for all 1st/2nd as
well as 3rd Year students to enhance and develop their personality. We have expert Trainers and
Faculty members who work hard to undertake the task of polishing our students’personality and
develop their confidence. They are trained to help them get rid of stammering, not being able to
express themselves, shyness and lack of confidence while facing people. It includes everything,
which might be blocking their success.
We also groom our students for soft-skills, persuasion and negotiation, interview skills and
presentation. We help in overcoming their phobias in terms of interaction with the world. We
instill the kind of confidence in their personality, which other colleges could never have done.
During the special classes for personality development and communication skills ,we monitor
the students’ performance and improvement on an individual basis. In order to achieve
